For virtual sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment. Technical difficulties beyond reasonable control do not guarantee refunds.

11. Respectful Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully during your session. Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
